| When the inner cities begin to experience a rash of mass murders and increased violence, rumors about a government experiment gone wrong begin to surface. Daniel Kane (Brian Spangler), a former CIA operative leaves the "company" after he mistakenly shoots an innocent child. He moves back to his home town, seeking peace, quiet and an end to the intrigue of the spy business. Before Kane has a chance to "settle in", he is drawn into a web of cross and double cross, horrific human experiments, urban gang conflicts,rogue government agents and friends who become enemies in the wink of an eye. Chased by a team of sadistic mercenaries lead by a mysterious Commander Baker (Kim Carrey), Kane soon finds his only hope is a government scientist named Mia Camara (Jenn Stepp). She holds the key to the mysterious deaths, but can she be trusted? Can anyone be trusted? Can the good, the bad and the ugly all be the same people?
